Bondine Kloostra

Bondine Kloostra specialises in environmental law and nature protection law. She represents environmental organizations. Advisory work and litigation based on both Dutch and European law are part of her daily practice. She acted as a lawyer in cases concerning protected nature reserves, nuclear radiation, waste transports, asbestos, the construction of roads and waterways, pesticides, genetic modification, food safety, access to justice for environmental organizations, transparency of information about the environment and numerous other subjects related to environmental law. She taught administrative law at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.

Bondine speaks Dutch, Frisian, English and fluent French. Litigation in English or French is possible.
