Micky Kusters
Micky Kusters specializes in liability for human rights violations. She works on a wide range of legal proceedings relating to various human rights, including the right to freedom of expression and the right to privacy. She is also involved in legal proceedings concerning liability for climate change.Micky completed her Bachelor’s degrees in Dutch Law and Philosophy and her Master’s degree in Public International Law cum laude at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant on two occasions and spent a semester studying at the University of Melbourne.Micky has been working at the International Law and Human Rights department at Prakken d’Oliveira since 2025.
