Fadi Fahad is an immigration and asylum lawyer. His practice focuses primarily on asylum procedures, family reunifications and revocations of residence permits. Fadi also represents clients in having their statelessness recognised by a civil judge. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Fadi is a board member of the Human Rights Initiatives foundation. 

With his master thesis, he won the thesis prize of the Dutch association of constitutional law. After graduating, Fadi worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Fadi speaks English, Dutch and Arabic.
