Michiel Pestman (1963)

Michiel Pestman is a criminal lawyer who is specialized in cases with an international dimension. His special areas of interest are are terrorism, security services, (international) activism, humanitarian law and extradition law. He represents individuals and organizations in the Netherlands and abroad. He has worked for the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Yugoslavia Tribunal (ICTY), the Cambodia Tribunal (ECCC), the Special Court for Sierra Leone (SCSL) as well as the International Court of Justice in The Hague. He teaches regularly in his fields of expertise.
