On 1 January 2019, Bondine Kloostra joined Prakken d’Oliveira Human Rights Lawyers as partner.
She has many years of experience as an environmental lawyer and is specialized in environmental law, European law and law related to the protection of nature. She acted as a lawyer in numerous procedures, including cases concerning species protection, protected nature reserves, genetic modification, pesticides, nuclear energy, waste transports, coal-fired power plants, transparency of information about the environment and the right to access to justice for environmental organizations.
The arrival of Bondine Kloostra marks an important reinforcement of the environmental law department at Prakken d’Oliveira, which furthermore consists of Marieke van Eik, Jo-Anne Nijland and Channa Samkalden.
