Today the first trial day in the criminal case against four Kuridish youngsters suspected of PKK-membership took place in the district court of Rotterdam. The case concerns a meeting of youth that took place in December 2012 in Ellemeet, Zeeland. Marq Wijngaarden, Michiel Pestman and Tamara Buruma are counsel for three of the defendants. The last trial day is scheduled for 16 November 2017.
