Lawyer Michiel Pestman has lodged a complaint against the Dutch intelligence service ('AIVD') on behalf of Alhassan Aacuk.

Aacuk is detained in Morocco en claims that the Moroccan intelligence service is torturing him to extract information. He further alleges that the Moroccan intelligence service are cooperating in with the AIVD for this purpose.
