Today, the Court of Appeal in The Hague heard Trafigura in the complaint procedure initiated by Greenpeace concerning the dumping of toxic cargo off the Probo Koala in Ivory Coast.
The Court of Appeal will continue with the complaint procedure on 24 November 2010.
