This month, the Dutch magazine Opzij published an interview with lawyer Channa Samkalden. Among others, she discusses a case in which she is representing a girl in a forced marriage, and the case she is conducting against multinational Shell on behalf of Friends of the Earth the Netherlands and several Nigerian farmers.
