UNAJ determines that DSS is violating defense rights at the ECCC

UN Administrative Judge Downing determines that the administrative authorities at the ECCC have acted in violation of the right to an effective defense. The case was filed by Göran Sluiter and Mom Luch, co-lawyers of one of the suspects in Case 004.
