On Monday 20 June, the oral arguments in the Rawagede case were presented before the court in The Hague.

On behalf of eight Indonesian widows and one survivor, Liesbeth Zegveld and Anne Scheltema Beduin are suing the Dutch State for unlawful acts by Dutch soldiers in the Dutch East Indies in December 1947.
