Law with reason, heart and soul.

Dr. Hana van Ooijen (1980)

Human rights are a constant theme in Hana van Ooijen's career. Before she started practising at Prakken d'Oliveira, she worked in the academic world. She holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Human Rights at the University of Utrecht, with research into freedom of religion, and has taught Comparative Human Rights. At Prakken d'Oliveira, she works in the immigration law department. The three elements in her motto signify how Hana works: with sound arguments, attention to people and maximum commitment.

  • Human rights
  • Migration
