On 15 and 16 February 2021, starting at 09:00 o'clock, the Appeals Court in The Hague will hear arguments in the appeals case concerning the ending of the Moluccan Train Hijacking near De Punt, Drenthe (1977). The case was initiated against the State of the Netherlands in 2015 by surviving relatives of Max Papilaja and Hansina Uktolseja. The surviving relatives are represented by lawyers Liesbeth Zegveld and Brechtje Vossenberg
