Dutch media report today that the Dutch Office of the Prosecutor will prosecute oil- and gas company Shell for possible bribery in Nigeria. Prakken d'Oliveira lawyers Barbara van Straaten and Göran Sluiter filed a criminal complaint in this case against Shell in 2007 on behalf of NGO's Re:common, Global Witness, HEDA and Corner House.
