Amsterdam, 14 February 2018 - Last month an Afghan client and the Dutch section of the International Commission of Jurists (NJCM) filed an appeal with the district court of The Hague in an Afghan 1F case. The case is run by lawyer Marieke van Eik, lawyers of law firm De Brauw and the PILP.
