The Palestinian Ismail Ziada has held two high Israeli soldiers liable for the death of a large part of his family. Three years ago, six of Ziada’s family members were killed when the family home was bombed during an Israeli airstrike in Gaza within the context of operation Protective Edge.
Mr. Ziada is represented by lawyers Liesbeth Zegveld and Brechtje Vossenberg.
