The Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) has decided to join the summary proceedings initiated against the Dutch State by Prakken d'Oliveira Human Rights Lawyers . The CCBE represents more than 1 million European lawyers.

The court hearing (Wijngaarden et al / The Netherlands) will take place on Wednesday 17 June 2015 at 11:00 o'clock, before the provisional relief judge of the district court of The Hague.
