At the municipal court in Phnom Penh, Andrew Ianuzzi and Michiel Pestman filed a criminal complaint against Prime Minister Hun Sen and other senior government officials for their obstruction of justice at the ECCC. The Cambodian Council of Ministers denies the allegations, and states in turn that Nuon Chea’s lawyers are attempting to delay the Case 002 proceedings. Public prosecutors indicate that they will 'move swiftly' and would ‘very shortly’ assign an assistant prosecutor to handle the complaint.

Read the complaint in English and Khmer.
