Today, Dutch businessman Van Anraat responded to the claims that were filed against him on 14 December 2009 by the victims of chemical bombardments in Iraq and Iran. In particular, he is relying on the prescription of the victims’ claims.
The parties are currently awaiting a court hearing at the district court of The Hague.
