Judge orders the Netherlands to accept transfer of Congolese ICC-Witnesses

Amsterdam, 26 September 2012 - The District Court of the Hague today has ordered the State of the Netherlands to discuss the transfer of three ICC-witnesses with the International Criminal Court.  In summary proceedings the attorneys  of the witnesses, Channa Samkalden en Göran Sluiter, had argued that The Netherlands were infringing human rights by refusing to accept the transfer.
