Jo-Anne handles cases in the area of migration law, Dutch and European administrative (procedural) law and environmental law. Before joining Prakken d’Oliveira, she acted as lawyer on behalf of the government and in that capacity assisted various public sector organisations on the local and national level. As such she has a lot of valuable knowledge and experience that can be used when conducting procedures for individuals and organizations against the government. 

Jo-Anne graduated from the Legal Research Masters program at the Utrecht University with distinction, and furthermore studied at the University of Sydney. During her studies, she conducted research, inter alia, on the phenomenon of crimmigration and the functioning of administrative procedural law in Dutch migration law.
